Light lager with added Ethiopian speciality coffee produced by alemu beraso, roasted by spazio caffè florence roastery and extracted in cold brew.
Mr. Alemu Beraso is one of the first settlers of the Gotiti Bank. He produces about 7,000 kilograms of green coffee from his seven-acre organic farm. Although most of its trees are now replaced by newer truths, it proudly displays some of its 40-plus-year-old coffee trees that are as tall as a two-story building. Mainly he kept them for their historical value, but sometimes old trees yield more cherries than younger ones. coffee is harvested by hand when the cherry is ripe, then dry fermented and dried on raised beds for 12 to 14 days depending on the season.
